Yes, he should respect the wishes of the Holland family and resign now.
No, Parkinson should stay on and see that the necessary reforms are implemented
The deaths are regrettable and Parkinson should publicly apologize, but I don't know if he deserves to get booted out.
Let him finish out his term and allow the voters to decide in 2018
