How should SLO County cities use their state Homeless Emergency Aid Program funds to help area homeless?

  • Build them housing. These people need a place to live before anything else.
  • Drug and alcohol services. They should get clean first.
  • Mental health services. It's a huge problem in the homeless population.
  • Let's use it to fund a jobs program to get them working again.
