Should California get rid of its cash bail system for people arrested for crimes?

Yes, the system is unfair and prejudiced.
We should make improvements on the system we already have, not scrap it totally.
Keep it; ending cash bail will make our streets less safe.
I don't care because I don't ever plan on going to jail.
