Should SLO County move forward with the plan to raise sewer rates in Los Osos?

Absolutely. Who else is going to pay for the new sewer system?
No. It's a betrayal of democracy to do it during the pandemic.
I don't care what happens in Los Osos.
The sewer system saga has been a giant disaster, and Los Osos deserves what it gets.
