What do you think about Morro Bay citizens' efforts to delay the city's wastewater plans through a referendum?

I support it. That project is too expensive!
Bad idea. It only delays the inevitable and will lead to even higher costs.
If it puts the issue in front of voters, I support it.
These citizens have helped raise the cost of this project for years. They should stop!
