What's your take on SLO's restoration efforts of Dry Creek and other riparian areas?

It's dam fine work! Using beaver dam analogs will greatly improve resiliency in the area.
Why bother? Just let nature do its thing.
Restoration is great, but I'm not sure about damming the creeks.
I'd rather see a bunch of beavers brought in to do the work!
