How do you feel about the cities of Paso Robles and Atascadero building their own animal shelter?

It's great. The county's project was the Taj Mahal of animal shelters!

Bad move. They screwed over the county and other cities, and there's no guarantee it will cost them less or provide quality service.

I don't care, as long as we have a safe, clean place for stray animals.

Both options are too expensive. I'd rather see that money used to build more homeless shelters.
