What do you think of the city of SLO regulating plastic bottles and straws?

Plastic is polluting our earth, and I'm happy to see the city making changes.
They should have banned plastic bottles everywhere, not just on city property.
I'm all for environmental protection, but this is over the top.
The city of SLO is just a bunch of liberal freedom takers! What's next?
