Where should the bathrooms at the remodeled Pismo Beach pier go?

One on each side of the pier's entrance. They will be close and easy to access.
Don't ruin my view. Put them off to the side of the pier near the hotels.
I don't care where they go, I'm just glad we are getting new ones.
Who needs bathrooms when you've got the whole ocean!
